I matte-painted the sky and vista for this map. The sky required cleanup to eliminate color banding which occurs with high contrast images. The latter half of these images show the cityscape vista I painted to seamlessly blend in with the 3D vista created by other artists. Like every skybox, there was a monumental effort by lighters, art directors, and myself to get this post-storm sunset lighting condition looking perfect.
